Additional Information

I want the government to set up a commission to use proven data and not just opinions of an elite group of health experts with an agenda, to check the merits of testosterone treatments for those suffering terribly from deficiency and prove either way, what are the pros and cons of this approach, not just put it down to 'old age'...
