The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We understand that you want the Government to increase pay for NHS workers during the current outbreak, but it's not clear if you want Government employees to voluntarily contribute part of their salary, or for the Government to impose a pay cut or tax to raise additional funds to pay the NHS staff.
