Call a motion of No Confidence in the govt if the NHS Risk Assessment isn't released
The government has been ordered by the Freedom of Information commission to release the risk assessment on changes to the NHS, but are refusing to do so.
The only reason for this delay is because it will prove damaging to their plans. If they disregard the public mood this government should face a motion of No Confidence.
