Freeze redundancy processes and consultations during the COVID19 pandemic
Companies no to be allowed start redundancy process and or consultation during the COVID19 (Coronavirus) pandemic
To Avoid unfair job losses and it potentially could be too stressful for employees and or not safe to do so

Decisions about redundancies or consulting on redundancies are a matter for individual employers, and not the Government or Parliament.
