Force EasyJet to refund customers for cancelled flights
EasyJet have removed the option to get a refund for cancelled flights during the pandemic leaving thousands of people out of pocket so that they can maintain a profit margin. We want government to intervene and force EasyJet and other airlines to fulfil their legal obligation to refund us.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Airlines are required to offer the choice of a refund or alternative flight in the event a flight is cancelled. You can find more information on the CAA's website: www.caa.co.uk/Passengers/Resolving-travel-problems/Delays-cancellations/Your-rights/Your-rights-when-you-fly/
The arrangements for refunding, changing or rebooking travel are a matter for individual airlines and travel agents, not the Government or Parliament.
