This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

Vehicle and driver training centres are not on the list of businesses that have been required to close, so arrangements for driving tests and driver training are the responsibility of the DVSA and individual companies that provide driver training, not the Government or Parliament.

We have published a petition calling on the Government to offer Cat D licence holders (Bus & Coach) a free entitlement to Cat C LGV, to increase driver capacity for these vehicles, which you might like to sign: petition.parliament.uk/petitions/306835
