Under the counter sale of cigarettes in supermarkets

Additional Information

Cigarettes are now being sold under the counter at supermarkets ! Not allowing people view the product or compare prices, surely this is not legal. The government need to rethink this ridiculous law unless they want to drive more smokers to the black market
