Force employers to include commission for staff on furlough.
Ensure employees get a fair deal from their employers, for example Sales persons on 12k but £3000+ commission are only going to get paid 80% of their basic wage, this is unacceptable and unjust.
It's a matter of social Justice and equality, if self employed persons can get 80% of their declared earnings upto a cap of 2.5k then employees on a commission based or bonus paid structure should be afforded the same right. We are all taking the same responsibility by staying at home so please extend the same rights.
