Protect Commercial Landlords financially with a 3 month lender holiday.
We require the Govt to give commercial landlords a 3 month lender holiday as they have done with residential landlords. Small scale commercial landlords survives off rent, and now like myself are unable to pay the mortgage. Bussinesses and residential landlords have been given aid but none for us..
Where is the help for commercial landlords? Why have commercial landlords been forgotton about/overlooked and left to pay monthly payments out of their own pockets? Lenders are requesting payments as usual. Without the help it is putting us in a financial crises with debts causing cash flow problems.
Money we don't have. Money we can't get.
All we ask for is to have the same rights and to be treated fairly, with some protection backed up by the Govt just like any other sector! We need aid too.
