Petition Action

reform the child act. to protect families losing their children unproportionately

Additional Information

1. the weight of evidence accepted in the family courts is lower than the civil and criminal courts. the weight of evidence to removal of a child needs to be higher. cases should involve police and a jury in a criminal/family court

2. when children are adopted the child and the childs parents relationship is ended. we want reform so that parents stay in the child's life and have contact. but not for child sex abusers. or very serious abusers.

3. children are removed from their parents by social services needlessly and in response on many occasions to malicious referrals, action against malicious referrers is needed in the criminal act

4. when action is taken by social services the doubt is placed upon the parents, with no police involvement .. we want the police to take in. the cases should be made in front a jury.
