Petition Action

We the people demand a complete lockdown, now, to save lives

Petition Details

To stop the exponential growth in deaths from C-19 the UK governments needs to implement a complete lockdown until the rate of infection is brought under control

Additional Information

South Korea has a total of 144 deaths to date, doubling every 14 days and a population of 50 million

Britain has a total of 759 deaths to date, doubling every 4 days and a population of 65 million

The difference:

South Korea had a plan; we could have had one but we ignored the results of simulations in 2016 and early warnings from China and other countries and did nothing.

South Korea acted early and decisively: we acted slowly and managed to confuse people, being distracted by pseudoscience and ignoring WHO clear advice on testing, PPE, etc

South Korea's leader remains negative for C-19; our leaders are infected through not following basic social distancing rules which they espoused for everyone.

The list goes on and on and on and on.....
