Lord Chief Justice & Lord Chancellor the Judicial Conduct and Investigations office together with the Police, CPS and Probation service to immediately & without delay or fee to direct all Justices to recognize all outstanding rights claims & rescind all commitments for valid claims awaiting action

Additional Information

Part 1.1C of The criminal procedure rules 2015 is a legal requirement for all parties to recognize & act to help further all legitimate rights claims. You are recognizing & acting on fit notes from GP surgeries & hospitals. MPs & JCIO aren't recognizing & acting on 1688 bill of rights; Right to Petition claims, the right of subjects where policing is being performed by Citizens using that protection prior to prosecution. The painted Chamber committee's of the 1640 Long parliament championed this
