Provide publicly accessible testing for antibodies produced by the Covid19 virus
Allocate funds and effort to the extensive development of publicly accessible testing for antibodies produced by the Covid-19 virus to ascertain the true history of the infection rate.
This will allow members of the public to return to work in the knowledge that they do not represent a risk to the community. This will save pressure on the NHS long term and minimise the impact on the work force.
