Make it explicitly clear which children should be in schools during lockdown.
Set clear guidelines about which children should be in schools during the lockdown.
At current there are children who have only one parent as a key worker and another parent who is working at home, however, children are still coming into school and putting staff at risk of Covid-19. #Stay at home.
Schools are open to assist key workers, make it explicitly clear.
Key workers who have children should only send them to school if:
You are a 2 parent family and are both key workers, children to be sent to school.
Single parent key worker, children to be sent to school.
If one parent isn’t a key worker then the child should be at home during the lockdown.
Limit the potential risk for education staff, to stop the spread; people need to stay home, protect the NHS and save lives.
