Investigate why HM Government failed to sign up to the EU ventilator program.
Conduct an independent investigation to ascertain the reasons why this government failed to take advantage of the EU ventilator ( and other safety equipment) procurement program.
this month, HM Government had the opportunity to sign up to the EU procurement program for ventilators (and other equipment). They failed to do so potentially putting lives at risk and also failing to take advantage of economies of scale. No clear explanation has so far been given.
