Stop the rip off by cottages.com, the co is not refunding after cancelling accom
Ensure that companies operate under their published terms and conditions and not hold on to monies without recommending customers who have had their UK breaks cancelled for the national crisis that is covid-19. Many customers are classed as key workers or are only free to travel in school holidays..
Monies are being withheld by this company from many people who are facing financial restrictions due to the measures imposed because of covid-19
