25% Salary increase for key workers & 5 days per year sick paid by the employer
We want the parliament to adopt a law that forces employers to pay 25% more per month for wages during the pandemic and at least 5 days of sick pay per year.
As key workers we expose ourselves and family to high risk of illness and do not even receive sick pay if we become ill. Because most companies do not pay sick pay, and we would like to create a law to force employers to pay key workers for at least 5 days a year.
