scrap the law that now allows temp agency's to be full time employers in there own right

Additional Information

Temp agencies are just that. They provide staff to work in a temporary
position. They should never be allowed to be full time employers in their own right. This is allowing British companies access to very cheap labour instead of recruiting their own staff and paying a descent living wage.
