Encourage homeworking for employees after COVID-19 to help save the planet.
Encourage employers to allow employees to continue to work from home after COV-19 is under control.
If employees don't need to go into the office, letting them stay home if they want will continue to be beneficial.
I believe the old idea that homeworking is detrimental is wrong. It works!
Seemingly homeworking is working quite well, so encouraging homeworking after the virus is under control will help save the planet and give employees more choice.
It'll mean:
Pollution will be reduced as there will be less cars on the road enabling wildlife to recover.
People will be less stressed because they won't have to travel to work in congestion.
People will have a better work/life balance.
