Fund full refunds of Annual Train Season Tickets during COVID-19
Many season ticket holders asking for a refund on a season ticket will lose out on 2 months because a 12 month ticket is paid for in 10 months and the last 2 are 'free'. Please fund full refunds for people seeking annual season ticket refunds.

Season ticket with start date 3rd December 2019
COST: £4428
USED: 4 months to end March
REFUND VALUE: 6 months (from Southern)
CHANGE NEEDED: Refund value 8 months
