Extend the Self-Employment Scheme to those in their first year of trading
Allow those who will be filling a tax return in 19/20 the first time be included in the self-employment scheme
I have been left behind as a young person just finishing up my first year as a self-employed worker. I have worked a full 12 months and am about to have my first tax return due, yet I get nothing in the new Self-Employment Scheme and this is unfair.
