After 20 years, Those who pay Home Rent it should be wiped.
We have many landlords like Swans, Tower hamlets homes, East end homes, whatever else. I believe the government should negotiate this matter with landlords.
It will help to grow the economy and come out of recession, think about it. If after 20 years, people have no rent to pay. The chances of them having more disposable income at the end of every month is very high, this is known as net income. They have appropriate budget meaning they are able to spend more outside.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. In particular, whether you would like a system where rental payments for social housing to go towards the purchase of the property, or rent to reduced to zero for long term tenants.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
