To have clear advice for live out private nannies during this pandemic.
Have clear rules in place for live out private nannies and their employers (non key workers only) about working during this crisis. Myself and a lot nannies are having to travel to work, mix in with another household and to do our jobs properly we can't adhere to the social distancing.
Clear rules have been put in place for other childcare providers to only look after children of key workers. No such guidelines have been put into place for private nannies.
If our employers want us to work then we have to, we can only be furloughed if they agree.
Our insurance companies are conflicted as to wether we will be insured. For us nannies to do our jobs we can not adhere to social distancing from the children and parents working from home.We have to go against all guidelines to work
