Raising the wage for care/domicillary workers
We would like to see the government change the rates of pay for care/domicillary key workers who are on a low hourly rate and would like this to be increased to a minimum of £10 an hour.
Lots of care providers are charging clients extortionate amounts of money for care, yet lots of key-workers across the country are on the basic national minimum wage and put themselves at risk everyday of the year for the health and well-being of others and are very often completely forgotten about despite being a clinical part of local care services. Lots of care providers across the country, pocket the care fees and pay their staff low income.
