Change car tax law so SORN’d vehicles can be parked on road & used during CV19.
Allow people to SORN their vehicles and receive refunds during the CV-19 Pandemic lockdown even if they park it on a public highway and / or use it for essential shopping. Many cars will sit dormant but still need tax to be parked on a public highway.
Everyone is struggling financially. Allowing people to SORN their vehicle even if it’s parked on a public highway / it’s used for essential shopping will put millions back into the pockets of everyone. We have all had our travel restricted so why should we pay for vehicle tax when we can’t use our vehicles.
