Immediate no fault divorce: Remove 2 year separation period for no fault divorce
The separation period for no fault divorce means couples are more likely to claim behaviour for a quick divorce. This can increase hostility and can be damaging for children. Remove the unnecessary separation period to allow for a quicker, smoother divorce.
