Fund the cost of animal rescue centres, staff and their related charity shops

Additional Information

There is now an emergency situation in animal rescue centres in the UK. The Coronavirus has stopped all income for the centres, putting animals lives at risk. The government need to propose a package to fund these centres and support the staff who work there.
