Let all non clinical (Admin staff) in the NHS work from home during COVID-19
Consider home working for NHS non clinical staff which are not essential i.e. administration staff. Review current policies put in place which is advising non clinical staff that they will have to take unpaid carers leave if unable to attend work due to a vulnerable child. Keep NHS admin staff safe
There are multiple people who are not deemed essential frontline staff who are being pressurised into coming into work.
Management are not putting their staff wellbeing first especially when they are deemed to be able to work from home but are not being offered this.
Everyone has been asked to work from home where possible but the NHS is making it extremely impossible for this to take place.
Help us keep our frontline staff safe and reduce numbers of non clinical staff at hospitals.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
The Government has told people to work from home if they can, but decisions about which staff are required to attend work are a matter for individual employers, and not the Government or Parliament.
