Freeze all commercial propertys rent until COVID-19 outbreak has finished
I want goverment to freeze all commercial propertys shops that are having to pay rent when they are not operating as a business and there for there rent should be frozen from 23rd march until they are able to re open told by government
Because so many business are struggling now even though you have offered a grant not all businesses can get a grant and government need to step in and help before towns and city's see even more empty commercial propertys/ shops.
commercial shops rent freeze from the day they close until the day they are going to reopen, without any charges or top ups required.
