Ask .Net (ISPs) & Telecoms companies allow payment holidays & not block service
Ask ISPs & telecoms companies to allow payment holidays during this crisis
Given that this is the main way of keeping in touch with the elderly & infirm, internet/telecoms bills should be acrrued rather than service blocked for non-payment
