Make Health Self-Care an obligatory new GCSE to reduce future NHS costs

Additional Information

I would like the government to introduce Self Health GCSE as an obligatory new GCSE, as the VAST majority of work done EVERY day in the NHS is unnecessary if only people took appropriate self care. I speak with some authority as a practising GP.
