Turn all available land over to food production now.
All parks, public green land, and gardens must immediately be converted to food production; vegetable plots, polytunnels and crops, whatever is required to mitigate the likely food shortages.
The fact that the UN is issuing warnings about impending food shortages does not bode well for a country that relies on a huge amount of food imports.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. In particular, we're not sure if you are proposing a Government scheme to require public land to be used for food production, or if you would like the Government to requisition private land, such as gardens.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
