Help micro businesses that do not pay business rates during Covid 19 pandemic.
Apply the same rules to micro businesses such as Tourism providers, Bed and Breakfasts and other micro businesses to access grants and income help which have been given to small business who are business rated. This would be for businesses who are not necessarily Vat rated or with employees.
There is no help for these businesses but they are vital to the visitor economy in many small towns, villages and rural parts of England. Many are experiencing not only total lack of income from being closed but also a huge drop in forward bookings for the rest of 2020.
Many events have been cancelled throughout this year which bring extra visitors. TVICs are closed. Businesses have paid to be in brochures and online to market their attractions etc during 2020 but this is wasted.
