Allow private fisheries to open during covid-19 providing they Social distance
Allow private fisheries to open for Angler’s allowing them to fish Maximum party of two persons and within a certain distance from their home address
Paying fee’s online and keeping social distancing rules
Fishing is proven to be effective at combatting mental health A recent report showed a 30% improvement in the mental health of ptsd sufferers
It’s a naturally isolated pastime With Angler’s using their own equipment and seating
It’s also physically healthy when catching a fish as well as casting the rod Private fisheries already have good bio security and all lakes and pools have a distance greater than 2 metres apart between Angler’s.
