Covid-19-Freeze Bridging Loans/Commercial Debts/Loans/non-regulated lending
Finance houses should extend the terms and freeze the payments in the interim for Loans/Commercial Debts/Commercial Loans/non-regulated lending, instead increasing the term and leaving credit ratings untouched during Covid-19
Bridging Loans/Commercial Debts/Commercial Loans and non-regulated lending. Finance houses should extend the terms & freeze the payments during Covid-19. No need to lose money, just freeze in the interim, instead making up their money by increasing the term of loan/facility. Credit ratings should not be affected. As a professional property company and we have found that Commercial Lenders, many Finance Houses, Bridging Lenders are not freezing interest & some loans are unregulated.
