Designated funding for mental health services for NHS workers, post Covid-19.
Designated funding specifically to be used on mental health services for NHS employees - post Covid 19 crisis, with particular regard to depressive illnesses, addictions and PTSD.
After the pandemic crisis, we are going to be left with a professional workforce in shock. If they are to continue to function either within the NHS or as people, with families to support - mental health support is going to have to be readily accessible and immediate.
