Defer Ulez within the A406 & South circular roads because of Covid 19
To defer the role out of this scheme because of lack of funds to start acquiring new vehicles for many at this challenging times
The Ulez scheme is unattainable at this time due the wrenching effect the corona virus is having on people's income
