WATER SUPPLY COMPANIES TO SUSPEND PAYMENTS, DURING THE CORONA VIRUS CRISIS
To stop water rate payments while the Corona Virus Crisis is active.
People have lost their jobs, been laid off, no income coming, but the bills like water rates bills people are still expected to pay it.
