Tax companies that offshore jobs

Additional Information

Any company that offshores jobs should be taxed so that the salary paid equals the average UK salary for the same role.

This would provide a level playing field and help young people gain employment in fields such as IT.

This is particularly the case for government owned companies like the big banks who have recently offshored many roles to India.
