Introduce The Nightingale honour to recognise and award Coronavirus key workers.
The Cabinet Office to introduce a new award to the honours list, by recognising those who went far beyond their duty to help in their fight against the Coronavirus epidemic of 2020.The award to be known as The Nightingale award.
The Government to introduce The Nightingale award to the honour’s list, for those people who went beyond their normal role of duty or lost their lives undertaking key work, during the Coronavirus pandemic of 2020. This award would be primarily for health workers but should included workers from Local Government, manufacturing and essential businesses.
