Create a national memorial to NHS staff who have been lost in the line of duty.
Commission a lasting memorial dedicated to employees of the National Health Service who have been lost as a result of their duty to the NHS to be installed at the National Memorial Arboretum. A fitting tribute from a grateful nation.
Whilst memorials to the Nursing profession and Ambulance Services exist, no memorial dedicated to the whole NHS is present at the National Memorial Arboretum. A Government funded and dedicated memorial to those who have died whilst serving the NHS would serve as a fitting tribute, a point of reflection and a vote of thanks from the British people.
