Help secure a Universal Declaration on Animal Welfare (UDAW).
If this petition was published now you would have backing from the entire world. You rejected a request for a petition on this on the grounds of “not knowing what you’d like the government to do”.
We want your power to stop the unfair treatment of animals (sentient beings) as agreed within the EU. If not for the welfare of animals, then for the risk of another Coronavirus (which we know is going to come in another 10years if this isn’t stopped now).
You can't sign this petition because it was rejected. But you can still comment on it here at Repetition.me!
The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
There's already a petition about this issue. We cannot accept a new petition when we already have one about a very similar issue.
You are more likely to get action on this issue if you sign and share a single petition.
You may wish to sign this petition calling for the same action: petition.parliament.uk/petitions/307504
