Treat year 10 students the same as year 11 in grading for thid years GCSe.
Ensure year 10 students have the same rules as the year 11 students in the marking for GCSE They should have grades given by teachers like year 11
Change the rules outlinef currently that indicates year 10 will have ti re take the year affecting education
