50% reduction in Council Tax for people without dependants

Additional Information

Most of council budgets are spent on Schools and Children Services. Therefore, why should people without children have to fund other people children.So we are petitioning the government to reduce rates by 50% for households without children. This incentive might also help reduce population rates.
