Allow students to give teachers the grade they believe they deserve
Allow alevel students to tell teachers what grades they believe they deserve backed up by evidence. As well as removing the ranking system a C is a C students shouldn’t be moved down. Teachers should just be able to take this into account as it’s our lives it’s effecting teachers have jobs already
