Students will not have to pay rent to landlords during coronavirus pandemic.
Landlords renting to students whose universities have closed or cancelled lectures, should not be made to pay rent between May and August 2020, if the property is not being lived in and they have had to travel home to be with their families during the coronavirus pandemic.
