Civil procedure rules part 11 Disputing a courts Jurisdiction IS a Rights claim that YOU as a party involved must HELP us further to recognition & effect, when a citizen is petitioning parliament using The Right to petition 1688 Bill of rights. Petitioning is pre engaged proceedings with parliament

Additional Information

Evidence from painted chamber committee's of the 1640 Long parliament under Saye, Warwick, Bedford, Essex & Brooke prove basis why the 1688 Bill of Rights, Right to petition was enacted. To protect citizens from criminal court jurisdiction, when citizens are using policing provisions of law to investigate judges, lords, chief constables and ministers by affidavit in petition form. Where corruption, bad customs and practices are evident. We have the same Privilege of Jurisdiction as Lords & MPs
