Allow Garden Centres to open to sell plants only, to the public.
To allow Garden Centres to open their plant areas only , to the public , allowing people to buy plants, , using the system as Supermarkets for safe distancing.
In these difficult isolation times.
Many people suffer from anxiety and mental illness. It is a well known fact that gardening is a way of offering mental stimulation and calming effect to those who suffer.
It gives s focus to the mind amidst the worries of our day to day situation .
This could be lifeline to many sufferers and a little bit of hope and joy to the people of this
country in a time when gloom is the only word that surrounds of late .
