National grid for water distribution.

Additional Information

Annual drought problems continue to cause serious water shortages in some parts of Britain, while other areas have abundant water. A National grid should be built to ensure water can be moved to any areas where there is a shortage of water. Thus ensuring that all the population of Britain has access to this basic but most important commodity.
