Key workers to be paid 50% extra during Covid-19
as a key worker I am risking the safety of myself and my young family by continuing to go out to work to support the nation. people who have been told to isolate are still being paid a full wage or those who are furloughed will still receiving 80% of a wage.
The government are ploughing money into small businesses and universal credit but what is being done to show key workers that they are valued. what financial gain are they receiving for continuing to attend work and risking there lives to provide for the nation
